Delivery Info
Delivery
- Orders are sent using Royal Mail tracked delivery.
- Orders received after 12pm (midday) are processed the following BUSINESS day.
- We allow up to 6 BUSINESS days for delivery - for Bank Holidays, please allow 2 extra days.
Undelivered Order (after 6 Business Days)
- Check for a card left by the postman with info about re-delivery or collection.
- Check any 'safe places' where the item may have been left (behind bins, in porches etc.)
- Check with neighbours in case the item was left with them but has not yet been handed to you.
- Check that the correct address was on the order - look at your PayPal email receipt details to find it.
- IF ALL CHECKS HAVE BEEN DONE, PLEASE CONTACT ADIS HERE.
Overseas Delivery
- ADIS Teaching Aids are made for countries that use UK highway code / driving laws / road system..
- NO RETURNS on any product bought outside of countries that use UK highway code / driving laws / road system.
- Often, to send overseas, courier charges are more expensive than delivery prices shown on the ADIS website (for UK delivery). Therefore, ADIS reserves the right to contact customers making an
overseas purchase, in order, where applicable, to request an additional fee for the courier charge, or to cancel and refund an order where it is not viable.
Returns
- Accepted up to 10 days after delivery..
- Items must be as new condition e.g. no marks, scuffs, folds, scratches, rips, dents, wear and tear etc.
- Send return items in the packaging it arrived in where possible, so that it is protected. If this is not possible, package the item so it is protected - returned
items must be as new.
- Send return items using recorded delivery.
- Send items to the return address on the back of the package - if this can't be found, please send to the returns address HERE.
- Once received by ADIS, the item is checked - if the item is as new, a refund (minus P&P) is given (including orders with free P&P, because it is paid for by ADIS).
